1Acceptance of Terms

3Account Registration and Security

4Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

cvv99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all financial transactions conducted through the platform:

• The minimum deposit is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500. These thresholds may be revised at cvv99's discretion with updates shown in the platform's payment section.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account name used for the corresponding deposit, unless prior written authorisation from cvv99 has been obtained. This policy prevents fraud and money laundering.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. First-time withdrawals from a new account will not be processed until identity documents have been submitted and approved. Processing time for verified accounts is typically same-day to 24 hours during normal operating hours.
• cvv99 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Availability of specific payment methods may vary. cvv99 bears no responsibility for fees levied by third-party payment providers.

5Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

cvv99 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, deposit match promotions, and other incentive programmes to new and existing users. All promotional offers are subject to the following standard conditions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• The welcome bonus is available once per verified account. Users who have previously held a cvv99 account or open multiple accounts to claim additional welcome bonuses will have such bonuses voided and may have their accounts permanently closed.

Participation in any cvv99 promotion constitutes acceptance of the specific promotional terms as well as these general Terms and Conditions. Players who exploit bonus systems through abusive or irregular play patterns may have their bonuses voided and accounts suspended.

6Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

• Deposit limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their accounts. Once set, a deposit limit takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory 48-hour cooling-off period before the increase becomes active.

• Registering more than one account, registering on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to operate your account.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime. cvv99 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software designed to place bets, exploit RNG patterns, or gain an unfair advantage over other users or the platform's game mechanics.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes for financial gain. Winnings derived from a confirmed technical error will be voided.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes, share strategies to exploit bonus structures, or coordinate betting patterns that constitute abuse of the platform.
• Accessing the cvv99 platform while subject to a self-exclusion order, or assisting another person subject to a self-exclusion order to access gambling services.

cvv99 may co-operate with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies where required by law. Accounts found to have engaged in prohibited activities may be reported to relevant authorities and all funds held in those accounts may be frozen pending investigation.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the cvv99 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the property of cvv99 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The cvv99 brand name and logo are trademarks of cvv99. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the cvv99 platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to resell or commercially exploit the platform or its content, to reproduce or distribute any part of the platform, or to use the platform for any purpose other than personal gameplay.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cvv99 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the cvv99 platform. This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from voluntary gambling activity, including losses incurred during sports betting, casino games, crash games, or any other product available on the platform.
• Interruption of service, platform downtime, or connectivity issues beyond cvv99's reasonable control, including internet service provider outages, mobile network failures, or acts of God.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where cvv99 has not been negligent in its security obligations, or where the unauthorised access resulted from the User's failure to safeguard their login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit cvv99's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11Privacy and Data Protection

cvv99 collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, identity verification, payment processing, and platform security. The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by cvv99's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

12Amendments to These Terms

cvv99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated Terms are effective from the date of publication on the platform.

Your continued use of the cvv99 platform following notification of any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms you must immediately cease using the cvv99 platform and contact support to close your account.

13Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. cvv99 operates as an online platform serving the Bangladesh market. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between a user and cvv99 regarding the outcome of a bet, game result, account balance, or any other platform matter, the user must contact cvv99 support in the first instance. cvv99 will endeavour to resolve all complaints fairly and promptly. cvv99's decision on matters within its reasonable operational control is final.
